Push Mail

Push mail is generated as a convenience to GIDEP Participants to obtain an overview of information without having to access the database. If a part or title in the listing is of interest, the corresponding document can be retrieved through the database access.

All GIDEP Representatives are automatically eligible to receive push mail. Users may also be granted access with their Representative's approval. Representatives can either access the push mail registration on-line to update their profile or to assign distribution to their users. Once users have been granted access to push mail, they can update change their own distribution and/or email on-line. For additional assistance, contact the GIDEP Help Desk.

Urgent Data Requests: UDRs are e-mailed as they are made available in the database
Weekly Data Indexes (in txt and xml format)
Weekly Document Summaries (by data area below) list documents committed to the database during the week cited. The listing includes document number, document date, document designator, title and abstract.

Parts List represents a complete listing of all part identifiers (Manufacturer, Government, Specification, Drawing, Model, Base and NSN) either contained within or cross referenced to all documents committed into the GIDEP database during the week cited. This allows you to check your parts against it without having to create any reports yourself. Enter the database later to retrieve only those documents of interest to you.
Two different formats of the full parts list are available:
Delimited option (fields separated by "|"s for spreadsheets)
Non-delimited option: Failure Experience; Engineering; Reliability and Maintainability; Metrology; Product Information (including DMSMS)
