In support of the variety of data and users of that data, GIDEP has developed an extensive set of Products and Services.
The GIDEP database features access via the World Wide Web to registered members with an ID/password. The web interface has flexible field searches, field oriented reports, and full documents provided in PDF format. This tool enables members to perform searches on a variety of technical issues.
The Urgent Data Request (UDR) is another available service to query other members of GIDEP for technical information on new issues or sources of supplies as parts become obsolete. Registered members will also have access to a directory of GIDEP users that can be contacted by phone/email directly.
Push mail accounts can also be established for each individual member to receive notices for your their area of interest. When provided with a list of parts, GIDEP can set up an email push to notify the submitter when a new report is received for their part numbers.
Another important service area is training. Classes and materials are tailored to the membersí needs to make the best use of GIDEPís features.
